Let you know when the artists/bands you like are coming to your city, as soon as possible, without the terrible signal to noise ratio involved with subscribing to every artist/promoter you care about in your city.
Make following bands easy: you shouldn't have to manually add every band you are interested in, when your music collection speaks for itself.
Philosophy:
You shouldn't have to keep coming back to our site to not miss upcoming shows.
We're not here to replace X social networking site, or Y ticketing site. We want to do one thing: Make sure you know when the artist is coming. Once you know you can find more information through the usual sources.
